Merry Christmas, Margene! Thank you for sharing all of the beautiful hand-stitched ornaments. Inspires me to take up needlepoint again if I didn't already knit, spin and sew. This one today is my favorite. We are having light snow this morning in Northern Virginia - a very rare White Christmas for us. Enjoy the day!
I'm just curious.... it seems that for you, "It's the Process" with knitting. When you were doing these gorgeous, beautiful, adorable Santa ornaments, was it "the process" or the product? I think if I were doing them, it would be the process for each, individual section of interesting, unusual, different stitch pattern, but then, as each pattern was finished.... I would be eager for "the product". Or were these mostly projects for classroom instruction? Whatever.... they are all, each and every one, simply knock-down, drop-dead beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much, Margene, for sharing your needlepoint Santas with us during this Christmas season! I looked forward to your post each day, and continue to marvel at your talent and skill!
So cute! Merry Christmas to you and yours, Margene.
