Marijke

No idea when it is 9-11 Mountain Time over here, so I won't take part in the contest. Van harte beterschap (get well soon) from Holland, Margene. And Susan, thank you for keeping us informed and occupied.

Manise

I know, but I'm not telling just yet.....

tayloe

Dear Margene-
I have no idea?!! I could guess but... i have returned to dial up so have not been able to comment til this a.m. go figure -anyway I have been thinking of you and sending you good thoughts. You provided untold enjoyment at my work place and in a conversation with my 80 year old mother. Your going "COmmando" with all its various implications! It could provide the solution for what a 50ish women could wear under those god-awful tight riding pants-NOTHING AT ALL!!!??? Who Knew it was even an option- thanks for opening up my eyes!!
Best Wishes for a speedy recovery!

Mel

Okay, I knew for fact that Margene was there in 2006, when Norma failed to introduce us properly, and again last year, where we totally missed each other. I've looked back through, and it appears those are the only two times.

LisaM

Best thoughts to Margene, and I know she's lucky to have friends like you.

I think she's been to Rhinebeck 3 times.

Kim

I'm pretty sure I know too. ;) Many hugs for Margene!!

Carla

I am going with 2-
Thinking good recovery thoughts- but don't over do!

Suzy

Hi to all -- my guess is two, but it's just a guess. Happy day to everyone -- particularly to Margene!

Kim

I'm also going to guess three.

Norma

Hmmmm, I don't knoooooowwwwwww. Or do I? Mwahahahahaaaaaaaa.

Hey Margene, remember the GPS? The drive through the swamp that was threatening to flood the road? The rickety covered bridge? Yeah, gotta LOVE that GPS. (I'm glad it broke, to be honest, that piece of SHIT.) Then again, it did get us there.......

Catherine Conrad

I would say that Margene attended the NYSWF at Rhinebeck twice.

kelly

Ugh, I am up way too early for work- but I get home after the quiz closes, so I have to vote now. Two! I've never been to Rhinebeck, but I have my own lovely festival, Black Sheep, that operates in my same hometown.

Margene, I hope your recovery is coming right along. We miss you here on the blog!

Rachel

I say 2.

Have a nice day Margene, I hope your recovery continues and the pain is receding fast. Hugs.

minnie

i'm guessing 2, too. get well soon, margene!

Julie

I'm going to guess three but thats just a guess!
Hope you feel better soon Margene!

Heather Joins The Round

I think twice.

Love you, Margene, and you too, Susan.

Heal well and quickly!

Kym

Oh, I won't be around later tonight to comment either. (Plus. . . I'll be in bed by then. Living in the Eastern time zone, you know. . .) But I will say TWO times.

Thinking of you, Margene! :-)

jennifer

get well soon, margene!!

i don't know how many times you've been to rhinebeck but for the sake of being different, i'll guess 3.

Hillary

I only know of 2 times for sure so that's what I'll go with. I don't have any Rhinebeck stories to share because I've never been... yet! This should be the year I finally get there.

Andrea

I'm going to say 2. Hopefully Margene, you're feeling better every day!

Teyani

twice - and I've been completely jealous each time -
and isn't there some sort of unique food court item there ? something like deep fried pickles???

Katherine

Dos. But I wasn't there, so how can I share an anecdote? Oh, yes, I remember her saying (the first time) that it would probably be her one and only time. After she came back (with all the loot) I thought, "Nah. I think you're a-going back."

Chante

My answer would be 1, because that's how many times I've seen her there. I did a sneak attack on her & Anne while they were waiting on one of the food vendor lines at Rhinebeck last year. Its so nice to meet internet friends IRL.

Lauren

I believe she has been twice, in 2006 and 2008. Ironically I spent most of my childhood 30 minutes south of Rhinebeck, and now when I want to go I live 11 hours away. Sigh.

Get better, Margene.

Birdsong

No point in waiting... my answer will be the same. Two times. I loved the story that Laurie posted on FB about you and Laurie and Margene and the People of Walmart. Laughter IS the best medicine. She is so lucky to have such dedicated Utah grrls right there helping Smith take care of her. I bet she gets released from the hospital early.
