This weekend it was evident everywhere I turned that spring had arrived in our fair valley. Trees were beginning to leaf or bloom as their hearts desired and the bulbs that had the luck to doused with full sun were showing their best faces.

I like sprinter. Perfect description.

I love your flowers. Yup, you are in full sprinter mode. We are getting rain and then, possibly snow next week. Gotta love it. Your new yarn and shawl pin are way cool. I love the colorway and I'm a sucker for copper. Love it when it ages. Happy Monday!

Isn't it nice to see daffodils and some bright sun after a long winter? We had beautiful weather in Missouri this weekend, too.

What a beautiful colorway! It's so nice to see flowers! It will still be a while before we see any here.

I wondered if someone I knew would succumb to that colorway. I loved it too!

What a beautiful colorway, but alas, it's gone now! Maybe there'll be more later on...
Your flowers are lovely, I'll hope that the snow doesn't linger...

You are ahead of us in the flower department...back to winter here overnight and this morning, but maybe some milder weather later this week. (Actually, we're heading south to B'more for the opera, then some sightseeing in DC, so it SHOULD be warmer down there!) Love that copper pin!

What an enticement to buy yarn! Lovely blackberry color and even prettier pin. Happy Spring, even with fickleness, as the flowers and leaves return.

Oooh, pansies! LOVE that blackberry yarn... I saw that over at Ruth's the other day, too. I want to go live with her for a while, don't you?

Lucky you! What a gorgeous pin and gorgeous yarn..... AND GORGEOUS FLOWERS. Yes, we call this sugaring snow or Poor Man's Fertilizer. Well, I would say that, except somebody forgot to turn on the thermostat here. It was a wind chill of 3 degrees F this morning when I got up. WTF?!

Beautiful yarn and daffodils.
