I think the new government (praise Budda!) should have a special for people who live in snowy climates - a week of warmness somewhere on the house, so to speak. Would mind paying my taxes soo much less if that was included. tee hee. But those important other things are first, like education and science and caring and and and.. C: nice thought though

Your weekend sounds like a good mix of things. I have a haiku messenger bag, too, and I love it.

Kathy

Sounds like a great weekend! Happy Anniversary!!

There is something to be said for 29 years spent with one human being. I tip my hat to you both. Congrats! As for the weather? It's winter and it sucks. I love your new bag. And, there was no choice, really, with the man passed out in the snow, was there? Back to the sweater;-)

Kim

Happy Anniversary!! Sometimes our weekends just happen in spite of us :). Glad you were there for that many passed out in the snow!

kelly

During our cold snap, we had a local transient pass away from the cold- good for you for calling! Congrats on your anniversary!

Karen

Happy Anniversary! Good for you calling 911 and helping out that person. The news is always full of the bad people do. It's nice to hear some of the good.

Sarah HB

Still sounds like a good weekend! Congratulations on 29 years.

Kristin

A very happy anniversary to you! You are much braver than I. I've been avoiding walks for a while because I just can't stand being out in the winter weather....of course, if I would just do it than I would probably not be feeling so much cabin fever...

Anne

He's lucky to have had you - we were watching yet another storm and cold temps run thru SLC on the weather last night and I wondered how bad it was.

Happy anniversary to you and Smith - I know you'll catch up on a dinner out soon!

Renee

Happy Anniversary! Hope you're warm and dry again. :)

Marcia

Happy 29th....newlyweds compared to some of us! We opted not to go out for ours, too, but more because I found cheap lobsters at the market than because the weather was bad! We're due for a storm tonight, though.

Laurie

Happy anniversary!

Manise

Happy Anniversary! And of course you had to get a bag that has embroidery on it! The pink I'm sure overrides the presence of the green right? ;~)

Wool Winder

Happy Anniversary! I love the roses.

Chris

Happy Anniversary to you and Smith! Sounds like you had an overall very good weekend. I was wondering if Mel would hook up with any of the Utah Grrrls while he was out there.

Jewel

Happy 29th, it been 34 for us. Sounds like a fun weekend to me. I love the bag!

Pat K

Congratulations to you and Smith! Too bad the weather messed up your plans.

Cheryl S.

Happy Anniversary! I barely did any knitting other than at SnB. But it's great to have the nasty crap out of the valley, at least for a few days.

caroline

Happy Anniversary, you two!! Hugs all around...

claudia

Like-minds are such a comfort.
