You are both beautiful!! And what a gorgeous location for the photo shoot.

Wonderful job on both the shawl and the photo shoot and location, Margene :)

Wow! That would be a hard act to follow. The setting is perfect for such a beautiful shawl.

Oh, Margene, how beautiful! That was some challenge knitting, for sure, but so worth it! And what a fantastic spot you picked for photos. Gorgeous.

Your Hidcote is stunningly beautiful, as is Bryce! Beautiful photos! Now I want to knit Hidcote. So little time, so much lace. . .

Just WOW! WOW to everything. (well, maybe except the shoes).

Hidcote is stunning, as is the scenery. What a perfect place to document such a big achievement! I love the picture of you with the shawl blowing in the breeze--you look like you're about to fly away :)

So very beautiful, so well worth the angst. My favorite shot is the last one, with you completely draped in gorgeous lace.

Beautiful! I also appreciate how well you have stated one of the many things I love about a great knit--just as the process is accompanied by many tactile delights, so is the product!

The last picture is my favorite - showing off the amazing lace and the canyon! Wonderful work, Margene.

Fabulous. Stunning. Amazing. You did good, grrlfriend. That last photo is my absolute fav.

It's just stunning. And what a beautiful backdrop for it.

you look mighty sexy in that last shot! :) It's lovely Margene. Well done. I might even say, "you rock." I haven't had any coffee yet...

Oh friend! She's simply gorgeous! I'm glad she didn't go completely by the wayside :)

And those are some truly magnificent pictures!

definitely worth the wait.

Wow. I'm blown away. Beautiful, Margene. The photos are gorgeous. Hidcote is amazing!
(((hugs)))

OMG, Hidcote is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. It's so beautiful and the backdrop of Bryce is perfect. I'm glad you did go back to Hidcote. You make me want to attempt it.

Gorgeous and it looks like a nice size too.

Just beautiful, Margene, way to go!

Absolutely wonderful! You look like you're about ready to take flight. :) Can Joho come out to play now? /runs

You both look wonderful! ;)

What a gorgeous shawl, Margene. And such a lovely setting to show it off!

I was struck by your comment that you've been knitting lace for "only" three years. It reminds me to be more patient with myself when I struggle with my lace projects, having made only a couple in the past year. The pics are gorgeous, but the lesson for me is the most valuable.

Gorgeous Margene! Just gorgeous!

Absolutely beautiful!
