Blinded by the Light

Blindedbythelightwhatisthatthing

After a week of very cold, rainy days (and 12" of snow in the mountains), there is a strange bright orb in the sky!  Indian Summer had better be looooooooong!

Comments

OOO the first to comment. I hope you enoy your sunny day.

that would be, enjoy

What a great picture!

Very pretty! I took several that blinded me this morning myself!

Whoa--it's bright (for five seconds, right?)! :)

Hm. No blinding light here. Rainy and cold. I was going to plant the garlic, but I guess not. It's just a trip to the Best Buy to get a computer, and I guess we'll go see a movie, too. Could be worse. :)

Aha - so what you see ends up at my place in a day or two. Good. I am tired of the cloudy weather. Our autumn lasts til January with some cloudy/rainy/snowy days ... I can live with it.

Pretty! Better get out the sunglasses!

Come on down for a visit! You'll get all the Orb you can stand and then some you can't...It's about 90 right now. All the "cold" front did for us, was take away the humidity...

I hear it will be nice all next week. Yeah, I hope to enjoy it.

Beautiful sky! I heard about the snow up in the mountains and pictured you going up for some quick knitting photos against the bright freshly fallen snow.

I love the glistening drops in the pine tree!

Well, my sky certainly isn't that clear, still somewhat smoky, but the high winds sent most of the smoke somewhere else... hope you are getting some autumnal pursuits in today. Just checked the SOAR blog and the Polworth rovings person will be there... what do you want me to get for you?

Let's hope your Indian Summer is looooooong!! But no matter the weather I know we can count on you for beautiful photos. :)

Beautiful sky pic!

Your last week of September and your first week of October will be crisp and glorious. Don't put away the sunblock yet!

but knit like a madwoman. I think you will want lots of warm things by December.

Wonderful sky shot!

It warmed up here yesterday too. I'm hoping for a long warm fall too.

Looks like it was a nice day in Utah yesterday!

You know, YOU MUST KNOW! How much I love that picture! Did I even have to profess my love??
:)
Love.
