Lake stink, huh? Um. Ick.
:)
Love your sky! Love the martinis! Love Carole! And you. Love you.
Full of the love today, aren't I?
xo

Nice to get a long weekend started that way. The martinis, I mean. :)

Glad you liked the martinis. Yummy. I thought of you last night, too. Course, I think of you a lot anyway. *mwah*

Your sky is beautiful!

Great sky! I'm headed outside with my camera.

oooh....Lemon Drops. Love them.

Haven't had one since college.

OK, from now on I'm going to try and weave the tattoo word into my comment. Here we go:
"Man," it rained so damn hard it my house last night. Adam and I were driving North on I-215 at sunset and the view was incredible. The sun looked like a huge ball of fire because of the smoke from the fire out West. Amazing.

Ooh, pretty sky.

And I'm thinking that lemon drop martini beats the pants off the lemon slush I had from Sonic today!

Lemon Drop Martini - sounds like a winner to me!

Gorgeous sky. Did the hard rain take care of the lake stink and smoke?

Lovely! My finished first Trekking sock and I admired the sky here today.

J. and I had appletinis with dinner tonight, which were lovely, but I must find out about the lemon drop ones. Share? :-)

Mmmm, lemon drops... Perfect summer drink! Sounds like you had a lovely time!

Good combo! Would you like to forward that recipe along? I might try it if lemon is involved, although my favorite summer drink is a mojito, followed by a good gin and tonic. Hope the lake stink got washed away.

It's the old SLC curse of the lake. Those martinis look like a good cure for it though.

Lake Stink huh? I think we have lake stink at our house too!! We live nearby to a lake that's very popular for boating, fishing, etc, and in the past few days I said to my husband, "Oh my gosh, I think something died under the house. You can smell this in the living room and dining room and out on the porch!!" MAYBE it was lake stink because the smell went away, then came back.... and is gone now. WHEW.

Lemon Drop Martinis = yummy!
