Yes, oh yes, I love this sweater! CeCe enjoyed the mountains this weekend and made her debut in Lamb's Canyon with wildflowers and butterflies as companions.

CeCe fits together like 'butta'. Bonne Marie has once again created a simply elegant garment with this fashionable cardigan. The lace is easy to remember, quick to knit and, with the body knit in one piece, you'll be ready for the sleeves in short order. Both sleeves work up in a snap and they fit smoothly into the body. With raglan shaping and a V-neck...there you have it...one fine sweater finished before you know it.
The yarn I chose was Sakura by Noro. It is a nice blend of fiber and also, is a uniquely colorful yarn. A feature of the yarn is the little wormy wrapped bits, which add another dimension to the lace. At first I was unsure how they would look but, in the end they added a bit of interesting texture. It was pure luck to find a perfect glass button for CeCe's finishing touch.
CeCe is so light and comfortable that she feels more like a shawl than a sweater. She'll be great to dress up a pair of jeans or to compliment a summer outfit. I'm going to enjoy CeCe all summer and plan another one soon.

I have been thinking about this pattern because it seems so perfect for wearing over tank tops and sleeveless things. Hearing you rave about it has sealed the deal. Going to order the pattern! :) Yours is beautiful!

CeCe looks great! I like how the colors and texture of the Sakura look with the lace pattern. My CeCe is stalled at the sleeves, but seeing yours is motivation to keep knitting on mine. Have a great weekend.

Yep, I'm a newly converted BMB fam myself: she's a marvel. Shouldn't we all toast to her continued health and pattern writing? Cheers!
