Weird Sisters

As the Faux Princess walked through the Land of Green Witches she happened upon the Weird Sisters. They tried to entice the socks away by using every spell, to no avail.  FP's are smarter stronger than they look and she had extra protection given to her by all the other Witches. The caldron held no allure with its gooey and ghastly glow.

Miz Netty Bugs turned into a friend in short order as she knew what it was like to be in a strange land. Her spells were especially sweet and protective.

As it happens, the Weird Sisters were able to cast a spell on Mstrss Fancy Hats poor pets, ZeCat and LeRat, as they ran round and round under her skirt and really gave her a startle!

Since the FP had all her knitting along on the trip she was able to make progress on Brier, too. Green Witches love the name and color of Brier (of course) so they used a bit of magic to help her grow.

FP's time in the Land of Green Witches was nearing and end and she didn't know whether to be happy or sad. What more could possibly be in store?

Knowing you, I'm sure this posting series will end with a bang. Can't wait to see what you've got tomorrow!

If Brier shows up magically complete on Friday, I'll ship all my UFO's out to you for some special Green Witch magic.

I have a couple UFO's of my own I'd like to send...although then I wouldn't be able to enjoy the process ;o)

I'm glad you got the Storybook Nook's photo. I love that shop! Brier's coming along quickly--good job!

It just gets better and better!

Jeepers! I could use some of that Green Witch magick to get my hands jump-started on all my WIP's!

What a gorgeous color for Brier! And I just love that cauldron's ooze! It would make pretty yarn if you spun it up... But then again, can you spin slime? Hmmm, I've heard of spinning in the grease, but slime might just be a little too much... ;)

Thought of you last night at Wicked, oh witchy one. I smell and FO in the air....

I love the witches and your storyline!

Wish that finishing magic would hit my UFOs! LOL

Brier is going to be wonderful. And as usual, I envy your photography skills. Love the way she's posed with the autumn leaves and the little gourd pumpkins. :-)

I just love all the witches. And Briar is looking mighty fine, too!

This has been such a fun trip! Looking at these pictures, I'd never guess that some people think Green Witches are scarey. :)

I can't wait to see BRIER!!! That blocking shot is SUCH A TEASE, you...

I am ramping up with some BWA myself - I think this weekend it flys on ye olde broomsticks, er, needles...

Will we see it on Monday or Friday??

Thanks for worrying M!! I'm doing as well as can be expected with no power (and perhaps none til MID-MOVEMBER!!) The P-Man and I have cold food and hot water, heheh...and by the grace of a kind neighbor with a generator, 30 minutes of computer time a day thanks to a charged battery. There are no hurricanes in Utah, right? :)

I'll check in when I can...Pumpkin says hi!!

The ladies are beautiful and have personalities and sparkle. They are Elinor Peace Baily writ larger than life! just found your blog- thanks for the 100 things. You are a jewel.
