Lovely shawl. It's reminding me of my poor little Charlotte's web still on the needles, stuck at row 91.

Sarah at http://sarahwooden.typepad.com/bienvenue_mon_monde/ found a site that highlights places on a world or USA map of where you have been.
I'm trying to ignore the comment about you knitting at home.....

Beautiful shawl - the colors are so vivid. A picture with you, maybe??

Beautiful picture. Yup, I'm at home too--and it snowing! It's a perfect day for knitting.

WOW! You really now how to hurt a girl (at work)! I'd rather be home knitting, too, after a paricuarly hellish weekend! Your shawl is stunning! Did you mean to put in 240 hours?! Surely 24 hours is a typo?! I now feel very humbled... but determined to make that my NEXT project once my yarn arrives from the Handpainted Yarn Co. Truly, it is stunning and I like the beads, too!

Thanks for the shout-out!
You have only NOT being to two States!!! That's awesome. My goal is to go to all of them at some point...

The shawl is beautiful - I look forward to seeing some pictures of you wearing it with your gorgeous natural landscapes behind you! :)
I'm knitting along with you today, Margene. Yay for holidays!

Hi Margene! Lucky you to be home knitting today! I had planned to stay home and work on a scarf for my brother, but realized I bought the wrong yarn. I have no stash, and there are no really great yarn stores here. Such is the life of a beginning knitter, I suppose! I'll get it figured out eventually.
Again, your shawl is gorgeous! It's fun to see the detail.
And I didn't know you had lived in Idaho, by the way! (Native Idahoan here...you'll have to let me know what part you lived in.)
Have a great holiday!

I knew it! I knew that yarn in that colorway would look absolutly beautiful knit in lace. It looks really happy. Thank you for confirming my suspitions.

Beautiful shawl Margene! She's stunning ... I'm envious.
Can you send some of your zen my way? I'm wiggin' out here, and I can't seem to find the center ... *help PLEASE*

Lovely Margene. I hope my mom stops by. I picked that pattern up for her at MS&W...you know. ;)

No....more.....shawls......stop tempting me.
It's beautiful, really. I need one. Resistance is futile. Oh well.... it's your fault Margene.

Yay, I'm home today too. Knitting Kiri and trying to decide whether to build an ark. Your shawl is just gorgeous, as usual! I'm tempted by the Twinkletoes,(same goes for Socks That Rock yarn) but I'm afraid to get anything else that qualifies as sock yarn-even if I used it for something else. I'm awash in sock yarn right now!
