Socks in the land of Zen. Cloverleaf's that is. Clovers and Zen. Clever Clovers in Garden of Zen. Completed and waiting until all six pair for the Six Sock Along, are done (next June) so they can be in the 'group photo'.
Don't miss the contest, which is afoot, for some lovely sock yarn. See yesterday's post and join in!
Check the new photo album on my sidebar. This is the 'Destash' album. Just a few odds and ends that need to go. Thought I'd try it here instead of Ebay. Let me know. When it's gone...it's gone.

Speaking of "Stash". How do you stash? Here is a picture of my closet (yes, just one closet) of stash. Four plastic tubs (full) of yarn sitting on top of my two tubs of Christmas stuff (which you can't see). I do have three baskets with my current WIP's in my room (DH has a room...I have a room, the dogs have the rest of the house).

"Clean Laundry with Dog"
Don't you love doing laundry twice?!

Something about clean laundry that just invites dirty paws and kids. I'm tempted by your yarns but I just spent far too much at my LYS. So much so that I got "the look". :)

Hi,
I'm never sure what is the proper way to store the stash. Is it supposed to be protected? You know, from moths? I think I brought some moths in with roving. Help! Now my stash closet smells like moth away! :-)

I'm impressed with how organized your stash is. Mine *starts* in a cedar chest, and then I have some in bags in my closet, some in bags in another closet. When I get home, I am going to get those plastic tubs & ORGANIZE!!!
I am eagerly headed off to your de-stash photo album. I have a craving for some new yarn....
:)

All of my stash is in my antique cedar chest (inherited from my grandmother). Well, except for the cotton yarn I'm using for the rug I'm currently knitting. It won't fit in the chest! So it's hanging out in a Longaberger basket as I knit it up. Some WIPs and their yarn hang out in my Longaberger Picnic Basket too.

Hello! I enjoyed reading your blog today on my first visit here. I am a German sock knitter and I really love your Whisper Rib socks! Where can I find that pattern? I would enjoy making socks like those a lot! I stack my yarn in a closet but I will have to buy a plastic container to keep it away from moths or dust sooner or later! Have a wonderful day and come over for a visit to my blog! Hugs, Nicole
