Results 2007!
Now is the time to tell us how you did with your charity knitting. Send an email to knituntoothersATgmailDOTcom or leave a comment on this post and tell us you participated. You don't have to tell us how many things you knit or where you sent them because you only had to participate to be entered into the random drawing. However, it might be fun to add up all the different items that went out to all the different places so if you want to include that information, go on ahead and do that.
We'll award prizes next week so get those emails to us by Friday, December 7th, okay? And, thanks to the generosity of Anne,Gale and Kirsten, they won't just be from Margene and I.
Let's hear it for the kindness of knitters everywhere!

Hello, knituntoothers -- I made 2 pairs of mittens for the mitten fence at The Irish Ewe in Norway, Maine. And got simultaneous credit for stash-busting.
I love this idea of yours -- thanks!

Hi there ... here's my tally:

- 3 hats -- one for the collection at Mind's Eye Knitting, and 2 for other charities.
Thanks again for organizing and encouraging :)

I did not knit this year but I have a stash from last year that never went out.
I have two scarves, a pair of mittens and a hat.

I sent an e-mail... but, as a better part of caution (cuz who doesn't like to win a prize!?), I'll leave you a comment (because Margene said to leave a comment).
I did knit unto others. I completed three items and am working on another two to send out before 12/15. I won't win "The Most" prize, but I did participate!

I do seem to be full of confusion this week. I sent an email to Margene, but now see I should comment here. My tally for KUO is two pairs of mittens, sent to the Soaring Eagles Project.

I lost track after 10 scarves, 8 hats, and afghan squares - 4 of the scarves are going to be placed on the Giving Tree at the public library, for community members. Others were sent to various organizations, including Red Scarf and Caps for a Cure.
(wish I could have done more!)

Once again The Preemie Project is who I knitted for this time around. Now I'm working on the booties to go with the hats I knitted up. Can't tell you how many since they were mixed with others I had knitted before. It's been fun.

I (currently) have two pairs of mittens going off to the Soaring Eagles project. Time permitting, another pair may find their way off my needles and into the mail!
