Thank You!!

You have all been so generous with your knitting time and talents.  Everyone who has already left a comment will be in for the drawing.
Tracy of Woolwindings, has knit 28 items for the Preemie Project, her charity of choice.  If you have knit more items than that since November 18th, please leave a comment here.  Carole and I will start awarding prizes in the next couple of days and will email the winners.  If you do not have a blog please send a picture to knituntoothers at gmail dot com or ask a friend to post pictures for you.  Winners will also be listed here.

Thank you, thank you!  Let's do it again next year.

I just added a picture of the sixteen little premie hats I mananged to knit to my blog. Count me in for next year too -- this was fun!

wow, what an under acheiver I am! 28 hats, 31 hats, 16 hats!!
My mom and I each did one red scarf last week, over at my blog in the entry called New Tricks Product Report

4 items pictured at my blog in the following post:

http://radarkaty.blogspot.com/2006/12/of-skies-and-bags-and-hats-and-things.html

plus a 6x9 Rectangle (not pictured there) for the Handmade Afghans Project (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rectangle6x9/). Today I participated in an assembly day for that project when we take 49 rectangles, put them together in a pattern, pin them together as they were placed, and then send them out with project participants to single-crochet them together. Final products go to the troops at Walter Reed and Andrews Air Force Base hospitals. I don't have pictures of that - I'm a participant. But, 23 people gathered and put-together 54 afghans to be assembled.

My personal final count for the KUO period is five (and a 1/2 :))

Just HAVE to add this to my previous post~~it is just so gratifying to see all the knitters out there w/ the warm helping hearts. WONDERFUL!!! This KAL is a great idea, and I hope to be around to participate next year. Carole and Margene, great big {{{{{HUGS}}}}}} to you for doing this. :-D

Put me at the bottom of the list, two squares, two hats, one scarf, and a pair of mittens. Photos on my blog:

One hat in... photo coming to my blog soon!

28 and 31? I am amazed! I finished 12 items and posted about them yesterday (http://brilliant-at-breakfast.blogspot.com). Thank you so much for hosting such a wonderful KAL! You've been a great motivation.

I finished 9 pair of socks! Posted the picture to blog on Saturday morning. Didn't make it back online Sunday afternoon to see if this comment section was up yet. Enjoyed the thought of "knitting unto others" as a group. :)

Everyone should be so proud of their accomplishments. Think of all the people that will be a little bit warmer because of you. Thanks to Carole and Margene for hosting this again!

I'll be sending 4 hats and one pair of mittens to Dulaan, and a scarf to the red scarf project. Thanks for hosting!

I agree, this KAL has been great! I made 9 hats for the Soaring Eagles Project. Picture is here: http://byhookorneedles.blogspot.com/2006/12/knit-unto-others-fos.html

I look forward to doing this again next year!

Wow! I'm impressed by the output .I managed 4 hats for Dulaan, 1 for the Preemie project and 2 scarves for The Red Scarf Project. Great KAL, thanks.

The most recent two entries in my blog show the 3 pair of mittens and one hat completed since Nov. 18; all are for Dulaan. Thanks so much for doing all the work on this.

Wow everybody else knit a LOT!! I knit a little during the two weeks. One square for Warming Jenn. Photo on my blog here: http://specialstuff.typepad.com/sugar_bunny_boulevard/2006/11/eye_candy_frida_2.html

Great job all you charity knitters!! WooHoo!

I know I am too late, but I just wanted to share that I sent one knit square for a Habitat for Humanity blanket as part of the Gracious Parcels Project. Thanks for putting this charitable project together!

Oh, sure, 28 hats, but they're PREEMIE hats! They're wee! (I am SO teasing...congratulations, Tracy!)

I've got 0.95 of a scarf (fringe to come)...I'll be posting a picture, probably tomorrow.

Hi, I'm late to post my picture (red scarf) but I just put it up at www.whatsthatgonnabe.blogspot.com

It was a pleasure to be part of this knitalong. What a great idea. Thank you!
